📋 Introduction
VDisk Android is a virtual disk utility that lets you mount disk images, create bootable ISO files, and download Linux distributions — all directly on your Android device.
We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. In fact, we collect almost nothing — nearly all data stays right on your device, under your control.

📢 Ads & In-App Purchases
Free version users will see ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads — this is standard across millions of apps.
If you upgrade to VDisk Pro, all ads are removed immediately. Purchases are processed securely by Google Play. We do not see or store your credit card or payment details.
🔐 Why We Need Certain Permissions
- Storage Access — To browse and select disk image files you want to mount, and to save created or downloaded ISO files.
- Internet — To download Linux ISOs and to display ads (free version only).
- Notifications — To keep you informed about download progress.
🔗 Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for specific functions. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — Shows ads in the free version. Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat — Handles Pro purchase verification securely. Privacy Policy
- Linux Mirrors — Public servers that host the ISO files you choose to download.
🛡️ Where Your Data Lives
Your data — like file paths and download history — is stored only on your device. We don't have servers, we don't upload anything, and we don't have access to your device. Everything stays local to your phone.
👶 Children's Privacy
VDisk Android is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us so we can take immediate action.
⚖️ Your Control & Rights
- Delete your data anytime — Clear the app's data in Android Settings, or simply uninstall the app. Everything is removed instantly.
- Opt out of personalized ads — Via your device's Google Ads settings.
- Control notifications — Turn them off anytime in Android Settings.
- Manage subscriptions — Through your Google Play account.

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Major changes may be announced within the app.
