Important — Read Before Using Ultrasonic Generator produces audible and ultrasonic sound. Ultrasonic sound cannot be heard but can still damage hearing permanently. By using this App, you accept full responsibility for safe usage. See Hearing Safety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and BNeoTech ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Ultrasonic Generator mobile application (the "App").

About BNeoTech "BNeoTech" is a trade name (nama dagang) used by an individual developer based in Indonesia. It is not a separate legal entity such as a PT, CV, or corporation. All references to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to that individual developer personally.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App.
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
Use the App to develop a competing product or service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Intentionally cause harm or discomfort to any person, especially children, the elderly, or individuals with hearing conditions.
Cause distress, pain, or injury to animals or pets.
Harass, annoy, or disrupt others in public spaces, workplaces, schools, or residential areas.
Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Interfere with electronic devices, communications, or infrastructure.
Engage in any activity that could damage your hearing or the hearing of others.

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any consequences arising from its use.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

This section is important. Please read it carefully before using the App.

4.1 Nature of the App

The App generates sound across the audible range (20 Hz – 20 kHz) and ultrasonic range (above 20 kHz). Ultrasonic sound is inaudible to most adults but can still produce acoustic pressure that may cause:

Temporary or permanent hearing loss.
Tinnitus (ringing in the ears).
Headaches, dizziness, or nausea.
Discomfort or pain in the ears.

4.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

Choosing a safe volume level for your environment and listening conditions.
Limiting exposure duration (see Hearing Safety for guidance).
Ensuring no children, infants, or pets are within range of ultrasonic exposure.
Not using the App while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full attention.
Consulting a qualified audiologist or physician if you have any pre-existing hearing condition.

4.3 Not a Medical Device

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is provided for educational and experimental purposes only.

4.4 No Liability for Health Effects

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any hearing damage, discomfort, injury, or health issue resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Hearing loss caused by high volume or prolonged exposure.
Discomfort or injury to pets or animals.
Health effects on children, infants, or vulnerable persons.
Any consequence of ignoring the warnings in this document or in the App itself.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") managed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, audio engine, graphics, logos, and content, is created and owned by the individual developer operating under the trade name BNeoTech, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Your device's speaker can reproduce all frequencies the App generates.
The App will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BNeoTech (the individual developer operating under that trade name) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BNeoTech (the individual developer operating under that trade name) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Any harm caused by the App to you or to any third party through your use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and you must uninstall it.

Sections 4 (Health & Safety), 7 (Disclaimer), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. When they are modified, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page is also updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BNeoTech (the individual developer operating under that trade name) regarding the App.
